Institute Book Orders

APCO Members save $30 per book. JOIN today!

Requirements
Only APCO current certified instructors can purchase APCO Institute Books. Your order is complete when you click submit at the end of the process.
Order Processing & Shipping
APCO recommends that you order manuals as early as possible, allowing extra time for course manuals to be processed and delivered. Please note that processing takes up to two days before shipment.
Select the appropriate shipping method. Costs will auto calculate and display in the shopping cart.

Shipping Methods: Two business day Processing time is not included in the shipping time.
  • Standard/Ground: Allow up to 8 days after processing (as shown in the UPS Standard Map). The cost is 9% of the cost of manuals being ordered (pre-tax).
  • 2-Day: Allow two business days after processing. The cost is 14% of the cost of manuals being ordered (pre-tax).
  • Next Day: Allow two days for processing. Pricing is based upon the number of books ordered.
    • 1 – 10 manuals ordered are 20% of the cost of manuals ordered (pre-tax).
    • 11+ manuals ordered are 18% of the cost of manuals ordered (pre-tax).
    Physical address required.
    Shipper may require an adult signature upon delivery.
International Shipping
Your shipping fees will be an approximate amount. Actual fees will be calculated after you have completed your order. APCO Institute staff will contact you if additional fees are required. Please follow the steps below to complete your order:
  1. Select your preferred method of shipping.
  2. Complete the order process.
  3. Institute staff will contact you if additional fees are required for processing and/or shipping.
Tax Exempt
Florida residents: If your agency is tax exempt you MUST fax in a copy of the certificate to (386) 322-9766 before your order will be shipped.
Method of Payment
  • Method of Payment must be received prior to APCO releasing your manuals for processing and shipment.
  • To pay with a Purchase Order:
    • You MUST submit a copy of the Purchase Order before your order is processed. You may upload the Purchase Order on the payment screen or fax a copy of the Purchase Order to (386) 322-9766.
    • New Jersey residents MUST mail a hard copy of the Purchase Order before your order is processed.
      Please reference your order on the fax.
  • To pay with a Check:
    • Check MUST be received in our offices before your order is processed.
